- At least 10th Class pass
- Physically fit

9. Regular on the job trainings are provided at sites to apprise the guards with
latest threat perceptions and possible perceptions and possible preventive
measures.
OUR COMMITMENTS
1. Security guards will be provided baton, lathi, whistle, torlches and other necessary equipment required for watch and ward duty.
2. We are responsible for smooth functioning of security programme in place.
3. We have a system of clerking all security units and regular reporting system for better security quality.
4. Our guards are rotated on regular basis to avoid over familiarization, only on client specific request guards may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.
5. We provide basic training and two days familiarization training at the place of deployment of our guards.
6. We deploy additional staff of short notice.
